The Cardiff Glen II Board of Directors tries to meet monthly but due to schedule conflicts it is sometimes less frequently. The typical meeting date is on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Meetings are typically held at CPM offices (1512 Grand Ave #109, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601) or on-site in the spring and summer (weather permitting). Please contact Crystal Property Management if you are interested in attending the Board of Directors meetings. The Annual Meeting is typically held in November or December each year and that meeting announcement is mailed to all property owners in advance of the meeting.
