The Orchard Townhomes Board of Directors tries to meet quarterly but due to schedule conflicts it is sometimes less frequently. Meetings are typically held at the Glenwood Springs Community Center (100 Wulfsohn Road, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601) or on-site in the spring and summer (weather permitting). Please contact Crystal Property Management if you are interested in attending the Board of Directors meetings. The Annual Meeting is typically held in November or December each year and that meeting announcement is mailed to all property owners in advance of the meeting.
