The Springs Condo Board of Directors meets several times per year. Meetings are typically held at CPM offices (1512 Grand Ave #109, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601) or on-site in the spring and summer (weather permitting). Please contact Crystal Property Management if you are interested in attending the Board of Directors meetings. The Annual Meeting is typically held in November or December each year and that meeting announcement is mailed to all property owners in advance of the meeting.
