Bio:

Sarah Windholz is the CEO/Managing Broker for Crystal Property Management Co. since 2008.

 

Sarah is currently serving as the 2023 President of the Western Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), a Director on the Board of Directors for the Glenwood Springs Association of Realtors, and as a Legislative Liaison for the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition. 

 

Sarah Windholz is a Colorado native who graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2003 with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems.  From 2003-2008 Sarah worked as a health care consultant for Stockamp & Associates (acquired by Huron Consulting Group) for clients such as Stanford University, the University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, Continuum Health Partners, and Children’s Hospital in Denver.  In 2008, Sarah returned to mountain living in her home town of Glenwood Springs, joined the ownership team and obtained her real estate license. Ever since, she has been enthusiastically serving her community through her family business, which manages 350+ residential units, 64000+ sq ft of commercial space, and 30+ associations. During her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling, spending time in her wonderful community which offers year round outside activities in the mountains, and spending time with her beautiful daughter and husband.
